Why is MEDITATION important?

- You get a mindful view of the world
- You have to keep calm in stressful situations
- Meditation helps you to reduce stress
- Meditation makes you creative
- Meditation helps with headaches
- Meditation boosts your willpower and motivation
- Just don't give a f*ck at all for a few minutes

What to do now?

- Meditate each day several times
- There are a lot of different techniques but at first you just can sit down and do nothing for a few minutes. This helps you to reduce stress and is a good method for beginners.
- pay attention to what you see, hear, smell and feel
