What to do now?

- Hit the gym 3 to 6 times a week
- Train your upper and lower body
- Don't forget to recover
- Sleep well and long
- Eat more protein
- A calorie surplus will boost your
- Drink a lot of water
- BE CONSISTENT, IT TAKES YEARS OF PAIN AND DISCIPLINE
